This was very useful when the time came to saw the busted-locked pin off my Discovery Series II trailer hitch. It had to come off for more offroading clearance. Took a good half hour and some elbow grease, but it gave in. :)
The view from our Discovery II earlier today, doing what a Land Rover does best. Thirteen years old (6 months new-to-us), and still going, and going… It’s all about maintenance. :)
Went for a leisurely drive with Teagan (son) and Ted (dog) outside of the city again today, looking for more wood or field trails to explore. We went back to Mont Saint Bruno, then on to the quarries of Mont Saint Hilaire. As usual, we went as far as possible with the car, then walked the woods with the dog, all as happy as can be. :)
Spent a while on Google maps this afternoon looking for places we can go only by 4×4, yet within 30 minutes drive of downtown Montreal. Found one, near Mont Saint-Bruno. :)
